|This is a week to really give your body a treat. Nothing is pushed to the extreme and the combination of exercise, bodywork, healthy food and a relaxing atmosphere will leave you feeling terrific by the time you leave.|
|After a nourishing breakfast and time
to digest it, the morning yoga class (90 minutes) will calmly stretch your whole body and
prepare you physically and mentally for the day.
On alternate afternoons, we will take a walk (about 2 hours) and experience the dramatic countryside of the north of Mallorca.
On other days you can schedule a massage, visit the local town of Pollensa or just enjoy the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of La Serranía.
|Dinner is another highlight of the
day with delicious Mediterranean cooking, good company and absolutely no washing of
